Tim Coretti was shot dead by his ex-boyfriend in January of 2013. The couple's daughter, Aurora, will never remember her father but they tell her about him all the time. Vinny D comes forward with some information and says he concocted a story that Paulson had an HIV positive needle so it was self-defense instead of just shooting an arrow at somebody he didn't like. A grand jury returns an indictment charging him with first degree murder,. third degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, third degree hindering apprehension or a prosecution, third degree tampering with witness and informants.
