The Differences Between Fixed and Variable Rates
A fixed rate is exactly what it sounds like. The rate that you are, the rate that you choose when you sign those documents will be that same rate throughout your usual five year term. A variable works basically, there's two different ways. Your rate can go up and down along with the prime interest rate.
