I run four times a week, all told. I do strength twice a week and I do yoga once a week. So the only, you're a sporty, sporty woman. Yeah, that's large. That's a challenge. It's easy to work off. And then if you start building the long run. The last time I trained for a marathon, one of only one of them was technical. And I think now, so this one is suggesting that one of them is strides and or tempo,. As far as I can say, and the other one is like hills. But I want two of them at least.
