If you're ever struggling to find inspiration at all, just ask the holy spiritw what are you telling me? Or how do you want me to pray. Especially in this last year, ow it's become and more clear to me that i really don't know how to pray all the time. So journaling extremely helpful for that go deeper with whatever inspirations god has been giving you lately. A priest i used to know, father michael scanlin, used to say about prayer, do what works. This is wise advice - simplicity usually goes with wisdom.
