The Importance of Spirituality

I make a very strong distinction between religion and spirituality. Of the spiritual traditions, I'd say the one that I'm most comfortable with is Buddhism. But religious Buddhism leaves me as cold as any other religion. There's no Vatican... You're forcing them to convert. And if you want to call yourself a Buddhist, go ahead. Nobody's gonna get pissed off about that. Although I do appreciate the fact... Because I don't generally go around killing people.
