Leadership Rolls Come in All Shapes and Sizes

Leaders of current communities don't have to look at themselves as like, i am the only one that needs to do something, but i need to carve out the role the space. Look to who in your community would, um, can lead on this even more effectively than you can and put real resources and support behind them. There's somethings like a lack of either creativity or ownership over on being down to do itd is just like leaning into discomfort.
