The Interviewer

An interviewer doesn't have the time, or hasn't always done the research to know exactly what you do. She will mull over the question in her head, and then she'll ask the very next question. On a pardcast interview, all of this drama is unlikely to unfold. If they are interviewing you, you can almost script the questions. You can even request the questions in advance. And that is precisely what i do. I ask for the questions in Advance. That is so that i know that the interviewer has done their home work, that they are prepared, that they have a sequence. However there is no surprise when you give the right answer but not the wrong one.
