What Does Scrum Really Mean?

The team is alined around making that sprint goal happen. They don't even figure out all the stories ahead of time. And they have the absolute ability to, you know, remove scope or do whatever's possible to try to get something that's potentially releasable by the end of that thing. So this is often missed. The worst thing that would happen is you drop all these balls and cut all these corners to be able to do what you said you were going to do every single month.
