In one of your articles, you reference an analysis that was published in front tiers and physiology. There are a lot of things out there that you may walk by to get to the ice bath. The broader conversation is it's like for these recovery things, if they work, they're probably interfering with long-term training adaptations to some extent. So I'm thinking logically here, again, I'm the least qualified.
