How to Deal With Cabin Fever
I was outside, lying on the grass, doing the breathing technique. I felt, I just felt really good afterwards. Invigorated, alive, win the huff. And that's a person. It's a guy. He's known as the Iceman or something like that. People just do just a quick search for him and they'll get much more information than I can provide here. There's exercises and stretches that he does. That I haven't gotten too deep into. But it just feels really good.
