Police found Finley Hughes sitting upright in a leather chair, dead. Prosecutors had some evidence of Branko Kingdom's intent to kill Hughes from his conversations and even notes he'd written to himself. But realistically not enough to get a trial with. The physical evidence was completely inconsistent with an outside force. Like Pascal Pranger, I was certainly not convinced that the death of Finley Hughes was murder. There was just no physical evidence of that."
