The best you can really do, and this is really a top, top important point that people in probability theory need to get clear about, is the best you can prove that's very likely. You know that if it were to be flipped many, many times, you know that you will get heads just about half of the time. Now, just about is not a technical notion. That means that the probability of one outcome given any other outcome is the same as the probability of the one outcome.
