How to Grow a Company Further

When we started there was sort of three other companies. Now there's probably 30. And we don't get into price wars. We're not a one man band working, you know, out of a garage charging headphones. I want to take it from where we are at the moment, sort of a 1.5 million pound company. And I want to get that to three to five million. So I'm going to come back to challenge number one and what staff direct career I want to start with is growing the company further.
