Do You Have a Competitive Advantage?

Diamond Hill has 30 billion us. Dollars under assets under management, right? So we spend a lot of time thinking about what our competitive advanages are and how we can make investments in the business that will help us enhance our competitive advantages. A culture is definitely one of those areas where you know, we need to have a long term mind set that really inbus everything we do. And so even though we're a publicly traded company, for example, we don't have quarterly earnings calls because we feel like having transparency. But with diamond hill, we just ask that commitment from the day somebody joins the firm. It's not something that we've had to be asked some one to change
