Do You Know What's in the Guidance Documents?

Wayne Boudreau: We don't really know what's in a lot of those guidance documents. He says some are regulation, but others may be legitimately guidance. In some cases, there's probably a good reason to use that method of lawmaking, if you will, as opposed to a formal or informal rulemaking, making a regulation. The caution I would I would say is this, you've got you've got to be careful if you're doing guidance documents because you are already talking about an industry where government is controlling things.
