Don't Comfort Yourself With a Legal Document

I've had a few conversations with partnerships over the years who will, who will point to the legal, the ability to enforce things legally. And that's sort of their, their comforting themselves in that. If you think that that document matters because you could get a judge to agree with you after spending tens of thousands or more dollars in legal fees, great, but you're not going to do that.
