Every Sunday I'll meal prep and I always have like a protein, a carb and then vegetables as well. So in my Tupperware I'll have like the full like carb, protein and vegetable all in one container. A pro tip is to actually freeze your meal prep and type into Tupperware before eating it. That way it's kind of like a healthier version of a frozen dinner or anything like that.
