What's the Importance of This Work for Marxus?
The text isn't primarily a polemic against the anarchists, right? He sort of is less concerned with them than where the social democrats have gone in a certain direction. And there's not really a markist voice in it ind yet. It makes it something that marxus can use in a lot of different context to try to understand what the state they're living under looks like and trying to do an analysis of how to relate to it.
