New Research Speculating Abortion Rights in the Solar Wind
The justices heard arguments on a Mississippi law that bans abortions after 15 weeks. It flies in the face of current constitutional standards, first set in 19 73 with the roe versus wage ruling. The law has never gone into effect as it has been blocked as constitutional by lower courts. This was an to get the court to reconsider roe and casey, and potentially to overrule them.
