The Power of Perspective in Coaching

I love the metaphor you use of sculpture, right building a sculpture and when viewed from different angles, it's different. I think as leaders, it's important for them to see how they are seeing or how they land in the world. And so that led me to really get interested in long-term coaching but also coaching within organizations where you're coaching multiple stakeholders who interact with each other. It becomes far more complex and, and obviously, political, and there's politics at play. But the nuance and, and the effects of the, the context and what’s going on around them makes it really interesting but also powerful because you can observe what's actually happening in the context.
