Black Tea

Black tea is traditionally picked, dried, rolled and then left to oxidize. Researchers wondered whether or not black tea went through a fermentation process as well. They sterilized leaves before putting them through the drying, rolling and oxidizing process. Then they brewed a whole bunch of tea from the two sets of leaves.
