The Dwarves and the Gift of Death

We've got a listener Frederick in Malmus, Sweden. He asked why Eru gave the gift of death to the dwarves as well. We just had so much to cover with just elves and men. But we do know from the Silmarillion that the dwarves themselves believe that after they die, they go to Mandos in halls set apart. They're probably pretty deep underground to make them comfortable.
