Anonymous: I find myself so conflicted when it comes to local businesses. One of the places that i would look for a mome of opportunity is a moment where you're making a purchase. That's one of those moments in the retailer customer or service provider customer, or, in this case, bakery and customer,. And i think it's a perfect moment to offer a little bit of direction...that gives them a chance to both understand what it is you're looking for very clearly.
