What Is the Problem With Intellectual Property?

Intellectual property is not really the ownership of information, because it's impossible to own information. Property rights only apply to the scarce resources, not to the knowledge. The problem with intellectual property is that it's what i call a negative servitude. And if you grant ip rights, you necessarily subtract away from and take away from property rights and real things.
