Is Digital Music Cold?

In digital, you hear a digital recording of Jimmy Page's guitar, that guitar is going to sink. That doesn't happen in our digital equipment. We've got an impression and analog, whether it's analog tape or its vinyl recordings can sound to many of us warmer than digital. In the grand scheme of things, that distinction between sinking into chaos versus sinking into an abyss of nothingness can be perceived on some level.
