Is There an Inequity in the Black Population?

Destiny: We did see that in general, the black population was waiting much longer than non-minorities to start using their air conditioning units. And we actually saw that the gap was increasing and it can be pretty wide between the highest and the lowest income groups within the black population. But then if we look within the youngest population, so 18 to 24 year olds, right, these are the college students, sometimes they're grad students, young professionals. We see that a lot of them are turning on their air conditioned units when it is, you know, at the lowest.
