The Importance of Obedience

In 30 years of studying this, I have discovered there are over 40 distinct promises that God makes only to those who fear Him. The religious person seeks out suffering to please the God little G. Christianity says I'm going to obey God in a fallen culture, and because of it, I'mGoing to suffer. We tremble at His Word, which means we obey Him instantly when we don't see a benefit,. even if it hurts, if we don't, if it doesn't make sense... That's what it means to fear the Lord.
