I was president of the CMT Association from 2010 to 2014. I would say a third of our members were outside the US out of about 4,500 members. And at the time, about two thirds of our new members were coming from outside the US. So trying to understand how our organization should be more globally minded brought a lot of challenges but a lot of really good benefits.
