Hybrid Shopping and the Pandemic

During the pandemic, people became more comfortable with online shopping and even in grocery. So has that evolved? I mean, post pandemic, we're still dealing with issues. Is it continuing to evolve? Are you seeing it still? Yeah, as more shoppers try different methods of getting their groceries, we see that hybrid shopping continues. It is no longer a shopper that only uses e-commerce and their customers that only go in store. People are using both or one or the other based on a specific use case for them.
