How to Get Access to a Safety Deposit Box
You should not keep a will and a trust by any means in a safety deposit box. You have to make sure that your name is on the box as an owner or a co-owner. If something were to happen, I would immediately go and take everything out of that box. And if there is something in there that you really will need to get access to, take it out now,. Get a fireproof box, keep it at your house.
