Is Four % Inflation the New Two %?

For the vast majority of the past, the prior decade, after the great financial crisis, inflation was just below two %. And risk free e yields, particularly on the shorter end of the curve, like the fed funds rate, were effectively at zero %. But i suspect that somewhere going forward, they will have a different kind of world. It doesn't have to be runaway inflation, but it has to be something that is higher than what we saw the last ten years, right?
