I think a lot of this, it turns out, is instinctual. We never really had a problem figuring out what to eat in the past. It's only now that we do. So when I'm trying to get people to understand how to be healthy, one of the first steps is that intentionality about what you're eating. Instead of just grabbing whatever is most convenient, think about, you know, is this food supporting my health or not? And if we just ask that question more, I think we would end up in a better place.
