Macrol risk, as well as broader economic risk on has both positive and negative connitations for the value of land. Micro risks that can come alongside any one parcel of land. Water diligene, soil diligence. And then financial characteristics. Is this priced apprpropriately? Are there invustments being made to improve the value of this property? What's the tenant like, et cetera.
