How Is It Marked in Italy?

For the majority of exams in Italy, you're marked like with an absolute system. It just doesn't matter who gets the highest score. There can be a session where the grades go from 1 to 30 and there can be instances where everyone gets 30. If you deserve the maximum, you get the maximum. You always have to also have to remember that in Italy you don't fail courses. You've just failed exams, which means you can retake an exam however many times you like. There is no limit on that.
