Is There Evidence for Massive Scale Slavery?
In early egypt, there's copious evidence for massive scale slavery and warfare. One of the most common of the early legible words in the ind the cuneiform corpuse is like, a female slave of foreign origin. And so it's really striking that when that's the model that you have in you're going to project that on to something - even though the actual explisiv evidence isn't there for it. We have to move closer to the archeological evidence and start searching for ways to really explain these phenomena.
