Is There a Difference Between CNS and Money?
There's a very, very strong CNS or bust kind of, uh, perception about what it means to publish art thing. Like the successful PhD was finished in the laboratory doing some form of biology and eventually we got a CNS paper or we didn't. And that's literally still how people talk about it. Um, I have a concern about that happening elsewhere,. About the idea that there's going to be a kind of categorical split that happens within any other related domain where there's complicated shit going on. We have to value it on the basis of whether or not it's good or bad.
