The Greenbelt and the Rapist's Escape
The rapist used the environment and surrounding areas of his victims' homes tactically. He knew the ins and outs of each area, and to the growing theory was that he enjoyed the thrill and to the tactical planning of his attacks. Officers who attended the scene of attack number six did not conduct a canvas of the neighbourhood but spoke to a young man who lived right next door. When Kriyatta found out that the young man had spent the night alone next door, he became suspicious. The survivor's house was a freestanding single-story home. Although this balcony overlooked the back of the survivor's house, it was determined that unless the neighbour was outside on his balcony in the corner
