Designing for the Average User
We are generally trying to solve for just one thinking style. Even the personas that people make are very often one thinking style with a different d ic layer on them. And i'm saying that right now we're at an inflection point about this average user. We need to stop designing for the average, because we are harming people who are not average. I think it crept in there because of the way that as the way that marketing and capitalism thinks of their market.
