Clark's a Waste of $25,000.

In 2012, Clark spent $75,000 of taxpayer money on 565 new glocks. That was 565 guns for a department of only 275 officers. He constantly tried to cut costs by shifting responsibilities from sheriff's deputies to lower paid employees like correctional officers. Many of the jobs at his Milwaukee County Jail, like monitoring inmates, were-all those responsibilities are being shifted away from higher paid, more trained employees,. All while spending excessively on things he thinks are cool, like glow-in-the-dark gun sites and a horse.
