The Importance of Encryption on a Computer

Variety Jones instructed Ross to keep the files on his computer, but to make sure he encrypted every single one of them. After this encryption process, Ross made another change to his computer. He partitioned the hard drive into two parts: One part for Ross and his personal life, and the other part would be for the Dread Pirate Roberts and Silk Road. Lastly, Ross wrote down a list on his computer called Emergency. It was a to-do list in case he ever felt he was in real danger of being caught.
