Sneaker culture used to be like a niche and I feel like now it's becoming mainstream. These kids now they treat everything a little bit like a business even if it's just buying sneakers to have them. They know the details and like the pricing structures and like what's hot and what's not in a way that like I never ever did so I've always looked at sneakers as like this thing that I love and I care about from a design perspective from a utility perspective but I didn't think about it enough as an investment as a kid.
