LZ Granderson: I love that framing of your needs versus other people's needs. He says we need to come to a level of sophistication about understanding people's needs at a more granular level. "We are really doing and disservice by making everyone work the same way," he says. LZ: We already have our social networks and we know how to self-motivate, so there's no reason to be in an office.
