Are the Chernoble and Zaporegia Plants Still Staffed?
i just don't know what information those troops really had? It's conceivable that they had the right information, because a lot of the work on putting the exclusion zone into place and all that, was done when the soviet union still existed. Would the troops have been either wearing badges, docimeters, or whatever that would they could show to their higher ups? You asked me whether i would have suggested it. That says, of course, of course i would. But i have no idea at the time of this recording, what is the status of both the chernoble and zaporegia plants? I mean, are they both still staffed? What information we do have
