The cost of home ownership continues to go up at an accelerating rate and that is going to factor into owners of Quovent rent. What Americans are really buying when they buy a home is the monthly payment. The actual price is kind of irrelevant. It's the mortgage payments. So if all these other costs are going up, then the only thing they can give is the price of the home.
