My mother-in-law is an exquisite Pakistani cook. And my eight year old, this made me happy, not sad. He said the best food he's ever eaten is when he goes on the weekend to his grandma's house and it's her doll and her freshly cooked chapati that is his ultimate favourite food. Some people tell me they read it on the toilet seat, which is the best compliment ever. My first cookery book is called Kizana, and it's about Indo-Persian cuisine.
