The Vision of Ledges
In Europe, our biggest competition still today is Excel sheets. What we're really focusing on with the product is to make sure that the employee experience is core in the product. That's a huge reason why customers are buying the product. It's really because it allows them to make equity more tangible to their teams. The last one as well is we're super product focused, so we're making sure that the product can be used as self-serve as possible from founding and as long as possible in the company's journey.
