You Can't Trust Your Heart

Many Christians have a very narrow understanding of the heart, especially as it relates to discerning God's will. The Holy Spirit is always working in you, stirring inside of you, seeking to move you in particular directions. And so many people, especially in the church, believe that we cannot trust our hearts. We must live with this tension because we're still living in a world marked by sin but the Holy Spirit has come.
