Caster Cimania, famous world and Olympic champion of 800 meters was born as a girl. She then discovered after her win in 2009, the Berlin World Championship that she was suspected not to have the right biological characteristics for a girl,. For example, there was this infamous quote by then IAAF Secretary General saying that Caster was not quote 100% woman. But if you look at her upbringing, there is nothing that she even suspected that she was not a girl.
