Is Julius Irving Really a Mid All-Star in the NBA?

Julius Irving has been a mid all-star pretty much his entire career. Kevin Durant ranked 21st all-time in most valuable careers right now and Julius Irving ranked 20th so this shows again like Irving is able to be up this high because of these 15 season 14 season however long he's at all-star level for a very long time but then you also get like they split a little bit where Durant just has a higher higher peak more of those MVP level seasons.
