The Importance of Expressive Writing

There's a research study that affirms that writing down exactly what you think is going on, what you would like to do. I can say with some confidence that I didn't do a lot of this like sophisticated visualization, I probably should have. Because it was such a painful part of my life. And there was so much journal writing around that time, me pouring my heart out into my diary at night.
